Herbal Infusions

Herbal tea is any beverage made from the infusion or decoction of herbs, spices, or other plant material in hot water, usually does not contain caffeine.  We acknowledge that many tea lovers do not consider any beverage made from a plant other than the Camellia sinensis to be a tea.
